6I actually went to autozone before my visit when looking to replace my car battery under warranty, when I called to confirm Martin at this Oreilly location was super friendly and helpful over the phone. When I arrived later that day, he remembered me, helped me take out and replace the battery and gave me some tips going forward, would hope that customer service gets him a promotion in the future!
Love this O'Reilly Store! Been coming here for 20 years! The head manager guy is Great! They usually have at least one person on shift that knows what there doing. I'm always in and out, never really have a line to wait in.
They didn’t treat me right even though I told them I didn’t want the oil filter and only the oil and one wasn’t doing it’s job the other was doing it’s job they don’t treat you with respect especially if your Mexican women
The staff is way more knowledgeable than the autozone staff on katella
I've always enjoyed O'Reilly Auto parts versus AutoZone. They always have the better branded oil filters hear versus AutoZone. Plus I was able to get obscure Auto parts versus other auto parts stores. Highly recommend O'Reilly for your automotive needs.
I was visiting Disney from out of town and panicked when my oil light came on on our way home. I was alone with just my kids and stopped by the closest auto parts store. The employee Ericka was amazing! She went and got the right oil for my car and even helped me put the oil IN my car! Lol! I was embarrassed because I had no idea what I was doing, but she showed me how to do it and she was so sweet and non judgemental and really put my mind at ease. I’m so glad of all places this was the one we stumbled upon. Thank you so much Ericka!
