He was friendly, cool, personable and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable asking questions. It's clear that he loves what he does, and he's really good at it. He gave me lots of advice, offered to help and helped us get back on the road. I'll definitely go back whenever I need car parts when in the area because I know he'll take care of me. Overall, he's the best! I recommend this store and Frankie!

Happened to be passing thru, it was dark with my headlights not working so I couldn’t see the road. I made it to this location right before closing time and Joel was able to diagnose my issue and get me new headlights. He was kind and informative. I was able to make it home safely. Thank you!

Sad to say, the motor cycle battery they provided from the back in a box was smashed and broken on a corner. Had to drive home 45 minutes to find out it was unserviceable. The staff didn't pay attention to who was next in line, and I nearly got into an altercation from the lack of attention on their part. Would rather shop somewhere else.
