6Thank god they have people like Patrick working. Went in today for some parts and he was incredibly helpful and kind. Only thing keeping me from 5 stars is how expensive their parts are. Easily 2 or 3 times as expensive as online. But good customer service from Patrick - will shop here again for oil and maintenance items.
A very nice man in there checked my battery for free. I always get good service there.
They were so slow, wait time was long. People were standing in the line for a while, and they were answering the phone instead of assisting people in front of them.
