O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
6Amazing customer service! Turned onto Blossom Hill Drive and heard a loud scraping noise. Immediately turned into O'Reilly's parking lot. My bumper was disconnected and the underskirt was dragging. A young man, named Jaedan (sp?) helped me figure out what came loose, what to buy, and then put it all back together again in less than 15 min. Cost was under $10.00 but the positive experience is priceless! Wow! Thank you!
Friendly employees store is clean and usually they have what you need or they can get it for you
This place has a taco stand at nights. Some of the best tongue tacos around. But if you need auto parts, O'Reilly's is the place to go! I really can't say much more about this. They got everything from nuts to screws to trim to pinstriping to batteries to diagnostic centers to paint! Come here for your auto needs. Stay here for your lunch or dinner!
4 Stars ️ ️ ️ ️ I want to start off by saying this wasn’t going to get such a good review but by the time I visit was over they do deserve a four-star review
I came here to purchase oil and an oil filter for my 2007 jeep and I knew exactly what I wanted based on advertised prices. Well, I gathered the things I needed went to the front counter and I was told it wasn’t part of the advertised price when I took the gentleman over and showed him that it was. He told me he couldn’t do anything and that he give me five dollars off based on their guarantee… he could see I was not satisfied with that answer. He said, please let me step away for a moment, and he came back with the assistant store manager. The assistant store manager was able to match the price that was advertised, which made me grateful. I want to say thank you to Julian. The sales associate that was first helping me and I want to say thank you to David the assistant store manager. Now I can go do my oil change.
Like my review and let me know if it helps you when it comes to guaranteed advertising prices!
Bad customer service by Brayan who claimed to be the assistant store manager.
Initially tried to scare us out of a battery install by claiming the last one he did ended up in the car being towed. Then claimed O'Reilly doesn't do battery installs. Then claimed Honda Civic was too exotic of a car and was not eligible for their free battery installation service.
Drove down the street to another O'Reilly and had it done in under 15min.
