7There Knowledgeable and sincere. They went above and beyond to help me locate parts for a vehicle that is 35 years old. I'll be a repeater with them for sure. Could use more staff on weekends though.
Not the friendlest group. If you want to feel insignificant, this is the place to go. Store appears to be well stocked. There seems to be a consistent wait time with customers piling up with no additional checkers to aid the situation. Always feels like one clerk on the phone with business and another servicing the other customers in line.
Call a bunch no one knows how to answer a phone but when I go in the store is always empty

I've only had good experiences going to this O'Reilly's. The workers are friendly.
They were not able to help me out with power steering fluid. Like, excuse me? That’s something you should probably keep stock of. Good service, bad inventory.
Been left waiting on the phone for way to long. Had to call back 3-4 times.
Sad how management fails to attend customers as well manage their team well. Only 2 people scheduled at night from I have seem lately. Not enough to attend people in the store and or answer phone calls.
