4Super bad customer service from Andres, who says he is the manager at Roll dr O'Reilly. Please consider on changing his attitude when speaking to customers or changing his position. In this case with that kind of customer service i will never want to buy at O'Reilly when i considered it my favorite store to purchase auto parts.
Good location for buying parts. More or less competitive prices. Long hours and parking. Professional service to locate the parts you can't find.
Really bad experience I called to ask for a part with the part number and even like that I couldn't get it? They really don't want to try I guess because the part number I got it from the O'Reilly's web side. I guess is to early and the worker's there are tired and don't show a little bit of effort.
