Went in to purchase oil. Staff is for the most part helpful and knowledgable. Always willing to assist the customer, pending they're not busy helping others. I always find what I'm looking for or helped anyways.the moral of my story is, if you ever want to get the most competitive pricing, check with O'Reilly's. They are about the same or will meet and beat the other guys price to earn your business.

Sometimes the inventory in the computer doesn't match the shelf but they will help you get it other places

Went in right before they were about to close and they helped us with no hesitation. They answered all our questions and at no point did we feel rushed. Fantastic customer service!

Got a really good deal on some decreaser, which was advertised as safe on auto paint, but it left Yellow discoloration. Tried to return and they didn't accept.

Very very bad customer service, not to mention the price is higher than some others store. They keep you waiting and waiting and be very rude to you eventually. Not recommend

I LIKE IT BETTER THAN OTHER AUTO PARTS BECAUSE TO ME THERE PARTS ARE MADE MORE DURABLE AND I LIKE THERE PRICES AS WELL.

They always have great oil specials. Usually they have what I need whether it is a new car or classic car.

Clerk "Spark plug socket? Yeah.we have it. "
Me "I want you to check the specific size please
Clerk "What size? "
Me "11/16"
Clerk "11/16, okay"
Clerk "I have 11/16 but not for the spark plug"

English was not his first language. Great store if you speak Mandarin or Cantonese.

Good and knowledgeable sales people. Price may be a bit higher than other discount store. Bring your credit card. If you are in a hurry, you should pay with a credit or debit card. There are 4 terminals sharing one cash register, and they're all linked to one dot matrix printer to print your triplicate receipt. I felt like I was back in the early 90's!

Went i there for something to recharge my AC. Decided to go with AC pro reccomended by old Asian store associate. Although a bit pricey with the CA $10 deposit on AC cans I bought because of good service from older Asian gentlemen.

Staff is helpful and doesn't hide avoid helping you like other place. I'm normally in and out of this place quickly because they know what they're talking about.
