What a shame nothing but unprofessional worthless people. Got me on hold for 30 mts call back again laughing put me on hold again I used to buy alot from this guys never again taking my business elsewhere no wonder why this individuals never get ahead in life no work ethics or discipline

Came in and Philip was super helpful in finding the right oil and filter. This place has awesome employees.

They were not friendly it seemed like the guy who helped me was trying to rush me out the door.

Called to ask about a radiator cap and I'm still on hold literally right now. I asked them they asked me for year and model and put me on hold. Been on the phone waiting for 20 minutes. They're close to my house but car is leaking coolant so didn't want to take the chance. Definitely going to AutoZone now they have always appreciated my business and I'm dissatisfied with the service the incompetent people that work there. It doesn't take over a minute to check for availability and say yes we have it or no we don't. I hung up after 22 minutes.

I go here regularly, they're always very helpful but do get very busy fast, prices are good, perfect for the person who likes saving money and doing repairs yourself.

Didn't really haveuch of a selection and the employees didn't really know what they had in store either.

Had problems with my car not starting and I knew it was the battery or the connections had a really nice guy named JB help me out. Super nice and helpful with fixing my car. Turns out my car dealer gave me a new car with an older battery than the car itself.

Helpful people the are not mechanics so don't expect your car to get fixed. But they can help you with what you need

This is my "go to" place for all this cars. The deals are always reasonable but it's the staff that I like. They are always helpful and respectful!

Lady on phone was clueless about products. Man in store didn't know he sold what I needed until I walked him through his computer system.

In a homeless dominated area there may be deter some from going in. Aside from that, the workers are quick with customers and are knowledgeable with automotive questions.

What a great place to do business went in to buy a battery not only did they sell me a battery they installed it for me young by Man by the name of Harold was extremely helpful

They're way more service oriented than auto zone and usually the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Arrived and they refused to accept it.

Inside of my mini questions and inquiries on parts and prices they never made me feel like I was bothering them and always was helpful to go the distance even after my 50th question and this specifically is the San Bernardino store on 40th near Waterman

Yurami manages a great crew. They are all quite personable and what they don't know, they quickly find out collectively. Been coming here for years and never heard a discouraged employee.
