ORGANIC NAILS- Spa & Lounge, Brea CA

I went for a manicure today for the first time in a year and a half! This is the first time I have visited organic nails, I will absolutely go back! The service was fabulous, Michelle was my manicurist, and I will definitely be seeing her again, it is very very clean. The prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Great place to go! The staff is very skilled and they put in the effort to make you feel beautiful. I got a mani-pedi, and I definitely think I got my monies worth. They were polite and the place was clean. The one thing is that I don't think they gave me the 15% discount for being a first-time guest (or a discount for my birthday), but that's fine! The prices were still very reasonable and they offer rewards.

First time coming! Sara was very welcoming. Got my manicure from Queen and pedicure from Ana - came out great! Will definitely be coming back here!

Clean and well kept salon. Everyone was super friendly and loved my pedi and gel builder nails. I had been going to a different salon for years but started getting really bad allergic reactions where my cuticles swelled and got itchy. No matter what we tried differently, nothing seemed to work. I decided to try a different salon before ordering the expensive Ikon hypoallergenic products. And guess what…no allergic reaction. I’ll be going back for sure.

Genuinely my most favorite set! Queen was my nail tech and she was wonderful! I have been to several nail salons and by far this is the most relaxing experience. She fixed a nail that was placed slightly crooked, nail paint was placed perfectly, and she took her time with the shape. I usually feel rushed at nail salons or I’m not happy with my nails turning out as I hoped…but Organic Nails met my needs as a client. This is the definition of a nail salon spa & lounge.

I'm super disappointed that it's time for a new nail shop. I sense there's much pressure being placed on employees that is translating into poor customer experiences.

The time before last, I went for dip instead of gel (on natural long nails), the woman at the desk gave me a discount but didn't explain why.something didn't feel right because the niceness was overkill. My next visit, the woman at the desk requested that I paid up front so they could close up the register. No problem. Except.it was after she left that I was informed acrylic was used on my natural nails during my last visit. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty. Mistakes happen, but I deserved to know.

The nail tech refused to shape my nails as requested, I paid for french tip ombre.you couldn't tell at all they were ombre but you could see the acrylic under the powder.my nails were just tacky. But it was late, I had already paid.so there was no point in fussing. After over 10 years.it's time to move on to a new nail shop.

Update: Changed my review from 5 stars to 3. I've been coming here over 10 years now. I haven't enjoyed my experience the same since the new ownership, the best techs are gone now and results are no longer consistent. I've even been told that manicures no longer are included when getting gel/dip.but not until after the product was applied. I'll give it a few more tries but I feel like the kinks of new ownership should be ironed out by now. I'm getting tired of being disappointed.

Came here and was sat quickly, and got with Kay for a gel X manicure and she did such a nice perfect job! Literally the sweetest and did exactly what I wanted without hesitation.

I was in search of a new nail salon for a very long time because I was no longer happy with the place I used to go to. I looked online and tried a few places that I wasn’t happy with. Finally I decided to try this place because it’s right by my work and I could not be any happier! I made a good choice coming to Organic nail. The nail tech that helped me was Moon and she is amazing, so nice and she always goes above and beyond. I had a toenail that was hurt and weird for a long time, Moon has treated it and told me how to continue to treat it, but not only that she even made it look beautiful again. I now have a normal toenail. I highly recommend this place and I really recommend Moon!

This salon is wonderful! The staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional. I got dip powder and gel and both nail techs did an amazing job. I came in with my daughters and they got gel x and acrylic plus designs. I love that they offer so many services and do a beautiful job! I highly recommend!

My nails turned out beautiful! I showed them an inspiration photo from Pinterest and they were able to recreate it perfectly. Everyone that works here was super kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

Such a sweet and accommodating place. I took my young daughter in for her birthday and they were so sweet. She had a great first salon experience! We’ll definitely be back and this will be our go to spot.

I wanted to like this place and make it my new nail place but I've given it two tries and it's not it. I get gel x because I already have very brittle nails, with that being said, I got them the Saturday before mother's day by Monday 2 had popped off. The second time I went Saturday before memorial day literally the next day one came off. By Tuesday two more. I don't even want to go back to "fix" it because I shouldn't be going 2-3 days after. I need them to last because of the type of job I have. Everyone was really nice though. I just won't be coming back.

I got a pedi today for my graduation! The lady that did it was super nice, the place is clean and so well decorated, workers are so sweet. Definitely recommend to come here!
