They ruined two $120 Tommy Bahama shirts. They refused to take responsibility. Use at your own risk.

Gave my faux fur comforter for wash and they messed it up and don’t pay for the damage they made even don’t offer any discount. I called and stopped by several times never got any response

Our entire family was very pleased with the professionalism and results of this dry cleaner. It has since changed hands recently and are a COMPLETE disaster. I took in 5 garments last Friday. They said Tuesday afternoon they would be ready. I went in Tuesday afternoon and the lady had absolutely no clue where my clothes were! She said the manager would get back to me. That never happened. They wouldn't answer the phone, I called 3 times and finally someone answered. The "manager" would look into it. Finally they called Wednesday afternoon and said they found the garments. I took in five garments and the bill came to 49.00! I asked for renumeration for the huge inconvenience, two trips, many phone calls and they took $5.00 off. Needless to say, we definitely will not be back ever again. The price is outrageously expensive and we get to experience horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Needed my suit and dress shirts pressed only and needed them done in 3 days. They promised me they’d be done by Friday at 11am. Showed up on Friday and they weren’t done. Had a trip to go on so I couldn’t wait long. They rushed to complete the task and had them done by 11: 20ish. When I got to open them up the shirts were still wrinkled.

Great service. Dependable. Great quality cleaning and pressing with attention to detail.
