Original Pizza House, Sacramento CA

This is one of the best pizzerias in Sacramento. Ive been coming here for a couple years now. Good service from the young ladies at the counter and great pizza. One of my favorite pizzas is the Original Garlic Chicken pizza. I love their munchers too.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered with the quality of the pizza here. This pizza place is always in my family's pizza rotation between Giovannia/Luigi’s. As a long-time customer, I was disappointed to find that the Extra large pizza and crust were smaller, and the sausage looked either way smaller or different brand than the quality I’m used to from you guys. Additionally, I was not informed of a recent change in policy regarding the free 2-liter soda that comes with pick-up orders. While I understand that customers now have to pay for it if they spend over $15, it would have been helpful to receive prior notice.especially since you leave these advertisements on my door all the time and that change was not on it. I think in these situations you have to handle the right way so that you can maintain and keep your core customers since you been across the street.especially now days you see what happened to Rico pizza down the street closing. Just my advice I think in the future I will probably calm down on getting pizza from here and go back to my other 2 choices until I see a change with your store. Thanks and Goodluck

The woman I spoke with on the phone was very patient polite straight forward with the deals & she was even able to compromise being out of cinna sticks by making a delicious Cinnamon dessert great quality & thats what I'm all about thanks original pizza & staff foe putting love & good energy into my order

They don't give a 2 liter free with pickup, unlike the natomas location, who hands down has much better service. They also charge more for some reason when I placed an identical order. I was hung up on when calling to place the order, however the crust was better on the pizza. The wings were dry, and very little meat on the bone, and needed more sauce. I have been purchasing pizza from these restaurants for years, I highly recommend the natomas location, and only go to this location out of convenience. I wish there were more locations.

The food is amazing and the prices are great for the additional stuff like cheesy bread sticks etc.

I really love this place we haven’t had in yrs but recently before my kids started school I was shopping at DD’S and my bf wanted their pizza. He called in to order and the person who answered the phone kept getting the order wrong, my bf had to repeat himself quite a few times he started getting frustrated. I told him just go next door and order but he said it was packed that’s why he called they still got our order right after telling them a few times. We ordered their Buffalo fry’s I have always loved their Buffalo fries but this time I was very disappointed we had barely any fry’s in the to-go box and there wasn’t any Buffalo sauce on it like they use to before they were always good and had that spicy kick to it. This time it tasted like fry’s with barely any seasoning on them idk if they changed the way they make them now or what but it was very disappointing yes we haven’t been there in yrs but I felt like if it’s advertised as Buffalo fry’s I expect to get that. Other than that the pizza was still good like always they gave us plates and all that just sucks they didn’t have any to-go menus we asked the guy and he said no the menu is on line maybe they just didn’t have some that day idk but still we love their pizza though.

The manager ed was awsume, he delivered my free pizza and i thank him, its the ladys that work there need an attitude ajustment.awsume pizza, thank you ed for taking care of my pizza, i really appreciate it.

I had two terrible experiences at this pizza house. We had ordered our pizza ahead of time for take out and they said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We get there after 20 minutes and it ended taking an hour to get our pizza. We kept checking in and they said they were understaffed, so we understood, but we have our baby with us, so it was a very fustrating situation. They told us that we wouldn't be able to be refunded, but that they would give us a free medium pizza next time we order.
The next time we tried to order the FRANCHISE OWNER refused to honor their word and refused to do his due diligence to try and get to the bottom of this while calling us liars with an unwarranted attitude.

So Mr. FRANCHISE OWNER needs to get his attitude in check, do his job and check in with his staff before he goes around calling his customers liars.

Love this pizza but they did me completely wrong, ordered two medium pizzas and they gave me a 15-20 min pick up window. Arrived 30 mins later just in case. Young blonde cashier told me it would be another 10 min I go wait outside in my car since my baby and my lady are in the car waiting. I come back in 10 mins later and she says sorry another 10 mins. I was reasonable and said that fine. Went back to the car and 10 mins later went back in and she says sorry the pizza isn't ready I asked for a specific time window and she said they are making them now. I waited for 1 hour even after the 30 mins. I asked for my money back she said they couldn't do that so next time I came back under my account I would get a free medium pizza, I didn't have time to comain so I just said that's fine and walked out. When I called in to receive my "free pizza" I was told they can't help me with anything. I don't usually leave reviews but for an establishment to not honor their own offers is just wrong.

I love this family owned pizza place. All pizzas are good. All orders over like 25 get a free 2 liter or something like that. Wings are a nice jumbo size.

The Greek pizza at the Original Pizza House in Natomas is simply amazing! The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The combination of feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, and spinach was truly delicious and exceeded my expectations.

Additionally, I had a great experience at this location thanks to the exceptional management of Ravida. She was attentive, friendly, and really went above and beyond to ensure that all of her customers were happy and satisfied.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Original Pizza House in Natomas to anyone who loves pizza, and especially those who are fans of Greek-style pizza. The quality of the food is outstanding and the service is top-notch. Thank you, Ravida, for making my visit to the Original Pizza House in Natomas such a memorable one!

After i eat there pizza my stumach hurt the whole night and it tasted horrible and its very dirty at the pizza place

Such a lovely place with awesome deals and awesome staff. It's been a while since I felt so comfortable with my purchase somewhere. They even have landfill, compost, and recycling bins just like Chipotle. Love it!
