Ordered a wheel took a few days to get a tracking number, and emailed them just to ask when it would be shipped out, they let me know that the delay was because the hub I ordered for my wheel build was out of stock but offered me an upgrade to the bsd revolution hub which is a substantial upgrade. Shipped it out on Tuesday got it on Wednesday. Appreciate them for the upgrade! And making everything work out

Busy shop ; crank busters bmx bike crew comes here and always feels welcoming; oriel can get any part for you if not in stock ; I recommend going in person ; they are quick, careful and efficient when installing parts ; no over pricing

Like other buyers have mentioned really bad communication skills.order some parts from them didn’t get the parts til 3 weeks later and half my order was wrong. I reached out the them on multiple platforms and they never responded. Will not do business with them again.

Small bike shop and repair. Owner is so very very nice, caring, and knows what he is doing. Very experienced and reasonable prices.

Just plain bad customer service. 0 communication skills.

Placed an order on 7/4 so that I could receive the parts before 7/10

Emailed & DM’d them on 7/7 explaining that if they hadn’t shipped already, I will have to change the address, as this house is getting sold tomorrow (7/13)

Called on 7/8 asking for the tracking number - was told that they will call me right back with an update.

Had to call back the afternoon of 7/9 because they never got back to me. Got left on hold for 20mins.

Called back again and they gave me a separate phone number to text for an update on my order.

Texted that number & never received a response.

On 7/10 they email me stating that they have not shipped my order yet due to blemishes on the handlebars I ordered. I don’t understand why it took 6 days to contact me about this issue when they have all of my contact information on file.

Then, instead of offering me a different set of handlebars or a partial refund, they claim that they will just cancel my order & then ceased communication with me.

Just called back and spoke with Mr. Oriol himself. I explained to him that I will not be available to receive packages at this address after tomorrow and I requested to change the address BEFORE they ship it to the wrong address (it shows they created a label for this shipment yesterday 7/11 despite all my efforts to stop them from doing so on 7/7,7/9, and 7/10)

He tells me that he is indeed going to ship the package to the incorrect address and that it is my issue not his. This would have been a perfect time for him to offer to cancel my order and create a new one with a new shipping address, but clearly Mr. Oriol does not value me as a paying customer. Therefor, I requested to cancel my order to save us both the headache.
Mr. Oriol then tells me that the only way to cancel an order is to text the same phone number that has already been ignoring me since 7/9.

So now I’m sitting here hoping that some mystery employee sees my text message in time to stop the order from going out - because Mr. Oriol is either too incompetent or too lazy (or BOTH) to just cancel the order while he had me on the phone.

This dude clearly doesn’t care at all about his customers or the reputation of his business. Oriol Bike Shop is right up there with Time2Shine in terms of sketchiness.

They still have my money & haven’t even made an attempt to send me the bike parts I need. How hard is it to communicate with your customers and get their orders shipped out in a timely manner? You guys are a mail-order after all.

Maybe turn your website off if you’re too busy to manage that end of your business? I don’t know. This has been an absolutely garbage first impression of this shop.

Was over charged for cult tires changed me 35.99 each retail price is 27.99 literally everywhere was my mistake won’t be making anymore stops down here. If your not knowledgeable bmx parts and they’re prices I highly recommend you stay away from this place.

Mr Oriol is always honest and has what I need everytime! In and out and great prices! I drive out of my way to come here for all my bmx/mtb needs. Truely a LA gem

I order online because I live a couple states over, and the orders worked fine until recently, and when I called the shop, the guy wasn’t very helpful. I would leave a higher rating if they had better customer service.

Ordered a Sunday dark wave frame and it showed up at my door the very next day.good price, this frame was hard to find thanks guys!

I absolutely love this bike shop, the owners story is such an amazing one, i definitely recommend reading up on it. My order was also shipped extremely fast, i happened to stumble across this absolute gem of a bike shop by accident trying to find a new bmx bike at the absolute worst time possible to find one. I 1000% recommend this bike shop for any biking needs you have.

Im from NY and been looking for certain parts online and this is the only shop had them. It happened two times and I haven’t even realized I’ve ordered from them before. Custom wheel they assembled it quick and nicely. Wish it was given proper tightening tho. Shipped quick and no bs. I like this place and some day I’ll come thru.gg

Placed an order through their online store. There was an issue in shipping, USPS has been all over the place lately! Made a phone call to the shop and they took care of it quickly. Would definitely buy from them again!

Best bike shop in town, Oriol along with his apprentice are a pair of hardworkers. This shop has almost any part. From top tier to low tier with reasonable prices. In addition this shop provides excellent customer service.
