The service excellent and the technician was very helpful and professional. I was satisfied with their service. They sent messages and called when changes were made.

William Davis was my technician today and I must say he was very, very good and let no leaf unturned. If I could I would only request him. I was very satisfied with his services.

The service itself is excellent if I have a problem between service appointments I call and they come out quickly. But Erick my service provider is not only respectful, competent and kind but he loves my dogs and they love him. Makes my having service a breeze!

The Orkin exterminator was on time, polite, courteous and cleaned up after the work was done. He spent 3 hours treating in the attic as well as a wooden beam at the apex of our vaulted ceiling. Very happy so far. Hope not to see any more termites!

All I want to know is why do you guys rotate the techs? I got so used to Phillip. He was polite, outgoing, very good at his job, knowledgeable, patient, professional and guess what. I miss him! I don’t want to have to get use to anyone else. What I like about him was I felt as though I was talking to a good neighbor. I could trust him. Not saying that I didn’t trust anyone else. This experience is almost like going to your beautician. Now you wouldn’t want anyone switching up on you, would you ORKIN? Can you explain please?

Eric Whitt was excellent in providing service. He listened to our concerns and gave us a detailed explanation of his plan of action. He was very honest and I was impressed with his professionalism.

We get service every 3 months and have never been disappointed. The staff that comes to our home is always warm and friendly. They very much seem to care about protecting our home and are willing to take the time to help educate us and give us tips.

The service call was performed well and professionally. Only had one problem. He did not wear protective shoe coverings and left dirty shoe prints on my bathroom rug.

Pekín is always great when they come and spray. They make sure to brush all cobwebs off of furniture and corners of the house and garden areas. They are super sweethearts. They even came a day early this time.
