Domanick, my Orkin Pro is fantastic! He listens to my problems and goes the extra mile to correct it. He understands my phobia when it comes to rodents, and makes sure I don't see it/them which helps with my comfort level.

Continued friendly and good service that is also proving effective more than a year into using them.

I contacted Orkin and they were able to schedule a service within a couple days. Nick was great! I feel like he was very thorough and went above and beyond what I expected from the company/service.

Had mice eat wiring in our 2 cars. Cost a lot to fix. I think Orkin can be more thorough and offer better methods to remove and repel mice specifically from cars. For example many remedies listed on Amazon which I did not even recommend. Clearly, room for improvement here. Otherwise, their service is very good.

He only checked my bed, not my couch. His “inspection” lasted less than 7 minutes and I fear it wasn’t thorough at all. The cost was outrageous considering the poor quality of the inspection. I would like a refund.

The person that came didn’t perform a thorough job. They basically just shined a flashlight in the crawl space and the attic instead of checking the traps. Pretty poor for $90 visits.

The customer service from the exterminator lower the score. However, the customer service that I received from the office representatives was wonderful. They soothe the nerves of a person that is extremely terrified of bugs, and any other types of stuff that you enter the house.

Hello, I have been using Orkin in Solano County for years and I would highly recommend Johnathan! Honestly, I’ve had troubles in the past when I’ve had other workers when Johnathan was on vacation and I did not have a great experience. Johnathan is just so good about catering to my specific yard, meaning that he will get the tarp that I leave in the shed to cover up my pond, before he sprays. He even has memorize the specific areas of the yard I tell him not to spray when I have edible plants in season. I never have to remind him either, he just knows. He always calls or texts the day before he arrives to confirm the time. He’s been great! So if you live in the Solano County area, tell them you want Johnathan, because no doubt he will take care of your pest-control issues while catering to your specific needs!
PS: Give him a raise!

I was rescheduled like 5 times. The technician didn’t even complete the initial service. I ended up having to file a charge back.

Very thorough. They have done a great job of eliminating spiders and bugs I think pretty well. I live in the middle of a field, so hard to keep these insects at bay, but since I’ve been using Orkin the pests are minimal.

Technician was very thorough. He listened well and weren’t above and beyond to investigate what might be causing my issue. Even gave me some suggestions for natural products I could use.

Waited hours, then they sent an e- mail that they were coming another day between 8-10. Waited all day again. They finally showed mid afternoon. The service tech was fine, but the scheduler really really sucks. Probably going to another company because this isn't the first time this has happened
