We have and no kill shelter so we have 30 animals many of them in the house my biggest complaint with orkin is we get a different tech each service so I'm handicapped my mother-in-law lives with us she's 93 we just lost another family member to cancer so you know it's it'd be better if the same guy would come each month and no are unique situations
Treated subterranean termites in January. The bugs reappeared in November. Honoring their warranty

Always keeps us informed of the up coming service and time parameters. The service technician is very thorough in checking for new areas of entry and taking care of the existing traps and preventive devices. Ask us question on how things are working and if we need to change anything. Very happy with their work.
The representative was very professional, courteous and professional. He went to great lengths to explain what he was going to do and the products he was going to use. After the products were placed he showed me the placement of the desired products plus have me other products to use.

Not professional not all together on the same page from the call center to the technicians…. I was told one thing where I scheduled an appointment and then when I sign the paperwork/agreement I was then told something different. The appointments get mixed up, One person blames the other and they do get to come out but the call center and the owner/technicians need to all be on the same page with questions that potential customers want to ask before they call this business for service
