Store Manager, Teddy, SO Great. He was extremely honest and up front about what is good and bad about each product. He was patient, and no pressure; he knew even the most obscure of details I asked him about. Wonderful experience, he made it super easy on us.

Bill took great care of us! Walked us patiently through the differences in tempur pedic beds. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly! We had a difficult time deciding between the medium and soft mattresses, but Bill saved the day with the 100 night sleep guarantee. Excited to get our new mattress and frame!

We have bought all our mattresses at the Ortho Encintas location for the past 15+ years. Our most recent buying experience was by far the best! Two top sales representatives, Emily and Bernard, assisted us with our mattress purchase. In all our years of buying mattresses we have never had the extensive level of mattress experience or customer care that we had with Bernard and Emily. It took us 3 trips to the Encintas store and 2 intensive deep dives of mattress information to finalize our invoice. Over all fantastic experience. Bernard helped me narrow down beds in my price range. I picked one, pretty hastily, but it seemed it would work. It seemed pretty comfortable and since I am a side sleeper, Bernard said it would be a good experience for me. It turns out the mattress was just a little bit too plush for me. I felt like I was sinking in after two weeks with the Mattress. I noticed a twinge of pain the last three mornings when I woke up.

I rode my bike over and met with Bernard again. I fell in love with a firm mattress but the great salesman reminded me that I am 48 and that my joints aren't what they were when I was 20. I tried a good blend of luxury firm/medium to firm and I landed on the luxury firm. I believe Bernard and I landed on the Club signature II mattress as the good fit for me and I think he is right.

I get the mattress friday and am very thankful for all his help and really pointing out some things, I hadn't thought about. If you are thinking about buying a mattress, please talk to him. He is a great and reliable sales person!

I had to get a new mattress and I had no idea where to start from. I walked into the store because it’s conveniently located near my house and I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and the time that Teddy took to “educate” me about current mattress technologies and kinds. I can be a difficult customer with a million questions and I really appreciated the patience the staff put in. We ended up buying a Tempur pedic and can’t wait to pass out on it.
