I was implanted with none approve FDA hardware by dr Jack Akamajian. In a workers comp fraud, I being in chronic back pain ever since 2012 I had to get a second surgery to remove this fake hardware, now I need to get real titanium hardware at another level of fusion. Schedule for new surgery in dec 2023.
Don’t trust this doctor look him up he is a big class action case.
