Ordered flowers for Boss's Day online for next day delivery and what was delivered matched the photo! I am so used to the disappointment of bouquets not matching online stock photos. I started trying different local shops and still wasn't as happy as this time. O'Shays did not disappoint! It was beautiful and huge and worth every penny. I am so glad to have this local shop in Auburn. I will be using again in the future for sure.

Sheri had the best flowers around! She did our flowers for our wedding and they were absolutely beautiful! Sherri has been a pleasure to work with, we had to reschedule our wedding a few times due to the pandemic. Sherri was so accommodating and understanding of our situation. We could not have asked for more beautiful blooms or a better florist to work with. If you are looking for gorgeous flowers that won’t brake the bank you’ve found the place. In 2020, my mom was very happy with the beautiful display they provided. When it means something special, and you can afford to skip the grocery store, go see these wonderful artists.

In 2022, needed to have some flowers sent for a memorial and the medium flower basket photo I saw was beautiful. Their website allows you to enter enough information to carry out delivery instruction so you feel satisfied not having to call to follow-up.

I was looking for a local florist in the Auburn area rather than ordering through the big online companies. Ordered the bouquet late one evening and was happy that they delivered by noon the next day. A large bouquet, as advertised, very nice and my grand daughter loved them. She sent a picture, amazing arrangement! Will use O'Shays again. Thanks!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from O'Shays! As a notorious procrastinator, I ordered this absolutely lovely bouquet for my aunt's birthday around 7: 30 am, requesting same-day delivery. The short notice didn't phase this great team of workers. My aunt received her birthday bouquet just after noon, and it is just as stunning as it appeared online.

Wonderful service from Sheri and other employees at O'shays Flowers and Antiques. Nobody wants to place an order for their father's funeral service, but that's what I had to do. I placed my order online for an all-white casket spray with a special request to add a few colorful flowers to symbolize my brothers and I. To my surprise, I got a personal phone call from Shari with some great recommendations for accommodating my request. She was compassionate and offered great customer service. I knew as soon as I spoke with her that I would not need to worry anymore about the flowers for the service. The arrangement was delivered on time and it looked beautiful. She placed three lavender roses in the center to represent my dad's children. It was beautiful and the arrangement looked perfect over the two-day service and lasted long into the following week on display at my family's Air Bnb. A few other arrangements were delivered as gifts from family members that were also from O'shays. Overall a great experience. Thank you Sheri! <3

O'Shays does it again! I am not the easiest customer to deal with, I'm picky and like to know exactly what goes in the arrangements I order. The ladies who have helped me with the past two arrangements I have ordered have really gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy. Thank you so much!

My usually go-to for great gifts and home goods but today they really nailed it! Had to go out of town on my daughters birthday. I called to see if they could put some flowers together and deliver same day. As usual, they were up for the challenge…But then I really threw them a curve. My daughter loves pigs. I’ve been to their store 100 times and have never seen any kids stuffed animals…especially pigs. Few hours later I got a picture of my 7 year with an amazing bouquet…WITH a stuffed pig! If it was in the shop, so awesome that they found one…if they made a special stop for it on the way, even more awesome. Either way, they will continue to have my families business for as long as they’re open. Thank you for caring about your customers!

Ordered through 1-800-Flowers and filled by O'Shays Flowers and Antiques. Poor representation of flower arrangements ordered, very disappointing. I will be requesting future orders be filled by another florist.

We stopped in for a last minute need and although they could't sell us something, they gave us a great recommendation on where we could find what we needed. GREAT PEOPLE. Very refreshing. I'll be back!

No stars for arrangement. Two stars for prompt delivery. For $100 spent there was no comparison to the photo on the website. Tulips were sticking way out of proportion to the other flowers, not much greenery and the “seasonal” flower appeared to be a big cabbage plant stuck in the middle. It was very disappointing.

I ordered flowers through 1-800-Flowers on Saturday May 15 for a delivery on Monday, May 17. The flowers didn't arrive until May 18 after 6: 00pm. The arrangement was absolutely horrible. Flowers were dead and the arrangement was off balance. I complained to 1-800-flowers, so O'Shays sent another arrangment on May 19. Arrangement was better, but the BD was Monday! I will never use 1-800-again, and God help the next person that uses 0-Shay's. They should rename their company to 0'HELL NO!
