My husband and I had been shopping for ebikes for 2 years and found out about Ariel bikes. After investigating locations that sell this brand we found Jeff, owner of Oside E-Rides. He was great from the beginning. We drove two hours from Victorville CA to test ride and get more information on the brand. He from very informative and was a pleasure to deal with. We purchased a Grizzly and X Class. We highly recommend Jeff and his business.

My ebike wouldn't turn on. This was the only shop I talked to in San Diego County willing to look at the electrical issues on my ebike. Jeff was efficient, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. He quickly found my issue, showed me exactly what was wrong and the parts I would need to get from the manufacturer to fix it. He also replaced some defective parts holding my handlebars together for me. I'll definitely be going back to him in the future.
