OsteoStrong Studio City

OsteoStrong Studio City is great! From the first time I went, the lower back pain which I’ve had for 15+ years was almost gone and it only got better from there. Doing the routine weekly has also helped my balance and core. The staff at OS Studio City are super nice and knowledgable and are with you through your entire visit. I feel it has been a huge asset to my weekly health and exercise routine.

They have a great staff and the Osteostrong system really works.

I love this place! As I'm aging I realize how important bone health is and OsteoStrong has been a great addition to my current health and fitness routine. I also have enjoyed all the balance exercises my trainers incorporate into our sessions. I definitely take advantage of the cryo therapy and compression sleeves. I have found these recovery tools are great especially when I have worked out hard that week.

However, the best part of the studio is the staff. I've had the pleasure to work with both Frank and AJ and can't say enough great things about them. Adrienne, at the front desk, is a sweetheart. During this pandemic the staff kept everyone informed and I can't be happier that their doors are open again.

Osteo strong is a brilliant idea who’s payoff will hopefully be a fantastic x-ray at the end of the year. The facility is top rate, with amazing equipment, and a fantastic, welcoming and friendly staff. We consider it a home away from home!

I am 54 and very active. I run, practice Tae Kwon Do, and do yoga. About three weeks ago I injured my foot. I haven’t been able to do any of my usual activities since. I was referred to Osteostrong by my doctor. Steve took excellent care of me and focused the treatment on my injured foot. I was limping from machine to machine. The treatments were easy and painless. When I left I didn’t feel any different. However, when I got home a few hours later and took off my shoes, I noticed a dramatic change in my foot! My pain was reduced by about 95%. I was no longer limping. I haven’t returned to my normal activities yet, but now, more than 48 hours after treatment, I am still feeling drastically improved. I HIGHLY recommend Osteostrong and am looking forward to going back again!
