3 I can’t understand why a big corporation like Otto Cap is having trouble shipping out orders in a timely manner?
For example, you place an order on a Monday and the items don’t ship until 3-4 days later! Other hat wholesalers ship out the orders with in 24 hours, but Otto is on Hawaiian time… literally!
The process needs to be sped up and I’m not just saying just for me, but in general for the whole small business industry.
We have been doing business with Otto for many years. Many orders have been very large and they always perform. I would like to see them improve providing samples. They seem to always delay sending them for 3-4 days. We always provide our UPS #. Not sure why they lag in this area.
Worst service in the industry, 20 minute drive for a delivery and after 5 days we receive excuses.
