Best mass I've ever attended is with Father Claudio. He is the reason I felt welcomed to the Church and continued to attend. He is the BEST! Office management needs to be a bit more compassionate and friendly when dealing with the public because they represent the Church, but the staff is great and outweighs management. I couldn't ask for a better Church.
