27Mediocre spot for dinner. Over an hour wait when you can see open tables on a Saturday night. Shrmp appetizer was ok, good flavor but 2 skewers for $10 seems steep. It took so long to get utensils that it got cold. Prime rib was significantly over cooked and reasonably under flavored. Wait staff was only so-so but pretty on par with every other Outback I've been to so I wasn't shocked. Plus side, I didn't get food poisoning! For the length of the wait and the elevated prices, do yourself a favor and go down the freeway a bit and visit Cattlemen's where the salad and bread flow freely.
I love me a steak but I got to give it to the Bar- for these great drinks. A strawberry margarita on the rocks
Went here for a free lunch & a sales pitch. There was almost nobody inside. I thought the food may not be very good cause when restaurants are slow, the good Cook's aren't on yet. Surprisingly enough by lunch was excellent!
Walked in, waited, waited, waited, at the bar, wasn't even sure what seats were open since old glasses weren't being cleared. Bartender was obviously in a bad mood so after waiting well over five minutes without any acknowledgement, just walked out. I understand that a place can be busy, just like the place across the street was, but a, "we'll be with you in a moment" is never minded and I was glad I left. Tues 6/18 @0800.
Very good place to eat very good customer service actually knowledge that you were there a very good food
This was one of my favorite restaurants in this price range. Unfortunately I feel the quality of the food has slipped to far. I hate to say that I won't be returning anytime soon. Service was very slow for a Monday night.
Cheese fries always my favorite. This visit the service was especially excellent. We were seated right away (called ahead). Ordered our cheese fries from the kiosk at the table and they showed up within 5-10 minutes. Our server was very attentive and genuinely friendly. During the few minutes between him checking on us I ordered a dessert from the kiosk which showed up right away too. It was like the entire staff was attentive to our needs. I was so pleasantly surprised, I forgot to use the 10% off coupon which persuaded me to choose Outback! Even without the coupon the experience was exceptional.
