Had a great dinner tonight. Our Busser Mo was extremely courteous and charming. He’s a keeper!

1st time ever here. My steak and drink were delicious. I ordered baked potato and got fries. Whatever. Drink I ordered was great. Blooming onion is so good!

We love coming here for "cheat day". The prices are fair. The service is great. I feel like I've seen the same manager here for a hot minute. We always notice her talking to tables, helping servers, and we've also witnessed her bussing tables when necessary. I've been in her position before.she's doing a fabulous job!

This was my best meal at this outback location. Food was hot, seasoned well and steak waa cooked as ordered. The staff was attentive and accommodating as well. Loved the nashville hot shrimp. Must try!

Great food and lots it, drinks are pretty expensive. Be aware when you order medium rare it is closer to rare than medium.

Excalent food for great price. My server Daniel was great. Only complaint is sautéed mushrooms are only available with onions.

I had the combo Sirloin steak and lobster 2 sides the house salad and the steakhouse baked potato. It was good the steak a little dry but good taste. My husband got the pasta with steak and shrimp the pasta had no taste but the beef and shrimp had a great taste. Overall I thought it was a pretty enjoyable dinner. Customer service can improve.

Server was very nice, great service, there where 3 of us, we ordered our steaks medium well and they where all very rare, not everyone wants to have a bleeding steak, one of the ladies did not eat most of the steak since it was too rare but is not the type of person who will ask to have it taken back and cooked a bit. I would not go back, not worth the $150.00 3 people.
Service was good, our servers name was Claudia and she was absolutely wonderful.

We always enjoy our time at the Outback in Pleasant Hill. The staff there is always friendly, the service and hospitality is great and the food is always good. But the staff there is the always the best!

Great service. Decent food, the Caesar salad was absolutely garbage opposed to what I remember. Blooming onion was amazing, be sure to order the rib eye with the bone in! Much better flavor, don’t waste your money on the lesser, unless you’re the type who orders steaks well done! Lol

The lobster was so tiny (3 oz.) with a 6 Oz. Filter mignon for $36. What a joke! I ordered a shirley temple which was diluted. When our salads arrived the person who delivered them could have cleared our unused dishes that we stacked up to make more room. Our bill was $75. I will NOT come here again! Oh, our waitress worked really fast. She asked how my meal was before I got a chance to take a bite, and never checked back.

4.5 stars. Second time here. I love the environment. The service was good, but it seemed like they were a bit understaffed. The potato soup was really good. They got my rib eye wrong. I ordered medium rare but it came out to be medium. They sent it back with no problem. Shoutout to the manager who came out to rescue and got it fixed quickly. Price is fair. Will visit again.

We love this place to eat. We had a wonderful waitress. She was very personal with all 4 of us. She brought us our food as soon as it was ready so everything was hot. She kept up with our needs as we ate.
We always go a little early so it's not real crowded. We arrived on last Friday night around 5: 00 & was seated instantly. We all enjoyed our dinners. We took my husband out for Father's Day. He worked today.
I hope you find the Outback as pleasing as my family found it to be.

We had a very good experience as we have strict dietary requirements and we ordered three filet mignon that couldn't be cooked in butter or oil and couldn't be seasoned with salt and our veggies needed to be not cooked with oil or seasoned with anything and cook to our specifications and everything came out perfect and the price was much more affordable than say Ruth Chris steakhouse or cheesecake Factory etc. The wait staff was very friendly last night and very accommodating so overall it was an excellent experience and it was fast too.

Had a nice experience at this outback. Short wait time even tho it was packed. Friendly waiter. Good food! My only complaint was the server never came back to take the check, I guess she just assumed we’d pay with the QR code which wasn’t the case as we had cash.

My wife and I have been enjoying OUTBACK's PRIME RIB for many years and
rarely have we had a bad meal. But last night we ordered 4 Prime RIb dinners at 5 PM and they were just bad! We ordered 2-Medium Rare and 2-Medium. One of the Medium Rare dinners was an end-cut and was WELL DONE and the other three you would be challenged to find any pink at all. The meat was cold and tough. You would think at 5 PM in the afternoon you would get fresh PRIME RIB, but it looked like we were getting somebody's leftovers. We paid $120 for 4 meals where we ate the vegetables and salads. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST!

The steak outside was hard like a shell, and the steak overall was good but not great. Service was alright, sides and extras (I got a cheese sauce, baked potato, and broccoli with the steak). It was all simply underwhelming, strikingly average, and not worth the price.
