Outback Steakhouse, Bakersfield CA

Service was on point and very courteous. Food was slightly above average with a decent flavor.

The place looks decent. Food was honestly not worth the price. My steak was asked for medium Rare and I got what seemed almost blue rare shouldn't be difficult for steakhouse to get their rarities correctly. Had to go home and fix up the steak up on my own so it could be seasoned correctly and have the proper rarity. So much for a $40 plate. Blooming onion was extremely salty. Blooming sauce was not good either. I just didn't like one thing at this place. Ive heard good things about this place but this is probably the worst steak house I've ever been at in town up to date.

Great customer service and great food!

I just love the attention I get from the waiters when my family goes to dine in. In addition, I love the pricing and the quality of the food! I will continue to go there as much possible and I love the fact that Outback Steakhouse has curbside pick-up when I don't want to dine in.

Great blooming onion, and then bloomin burgers were delicious. Had a good time celebrating my pops bday and our server Marcos was really attentive and good

Food was very good, service was outstanding, sat at the bar and had dinner, was a really nice atmosphere not to loud, but not so soft, just right

The food was chewy and cold and the drinks that we got were not what we expected cheesecake that we got wooden cheese cake it with carrot cake and it tasted bad and dry

The staff was highly attentive and on it, the food was great and the steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered. Jake was our main server but all staff interactions were highly professional even with as busy as they were. Thanks for the great experience, we will definitely be back.

At a time when most restaurants have declined in quality of food and service, Outback is running circles around everyone else. The steak was cooked perfect, the blooming onion was fantastic and the service was 10/10.

Friendly staff. Good food. Prepared well, except suggestion to use less pepper in preparation. I had chicken topped with bacon, cheese and mushrooms. It was very tasty but WAY too much pepper. I also had a loaded baked potato but it also tasted like pepper had been rubbed on the skin before baking.
Samantha was very nice and attentive to our needs.

The steak was rough, the place was hectic full. The beer was late comming. The dishes did not come in order.
Only the staff bothered with masks and not 100%

I am sitting in my car still waiting for my order placed over an hour ago. I arrived at 5: 30 my food was supposed to be ready at 5: 35. I couldn’t get anyone to help me until 6: 00 when I asked if my food was still hot she said I don’t know I didn’t bag it. I asked her to check she said it’s still kinda warm do you still want it…… she had no apologies just a whole bunch of excuses about being short staffed. I was going to drive away and she didn’t care at all… I asked to speak to the manager he did not apologize once. He did remake the food. Charged me full price. I have been coming to this Outback for 30 years but I’m still sitting in my car an hour later so I won’t be back. Worst service ever

Only got the 3 because the wallaby darn was delicious. Food was just ok, in and for the price imma need more than just ok.service was good so that's a plus, I showed my appreciation with the tip

Great customer service our waiter was the best always checking on us brining us extra water brought us extra ranch he read my mind all around great experience and food is the best 17 seasonings (I got the Ribeye bone out to die for) in one steak to bomb!
