Outback Steakhouse, Visalia CA

Ate at this location recently. Food was great and the service was amazing. Funny story is I actually lost my wallet at this location and I live out of town. An employee named Cassandra found the wallet and ended up finding me online through social media and mailed it back to me. Never would have expected this kind of above and beyond service and I’m truly grateful for Cassandra. Thank you!

Kate, our server, was simply amazing. She made great suggestions and was outstanding. She made our visit the greatest.

The employees are racist! They did not want to serve us but other white people came and get serve right away.
The restaurant barely had customers, and we were patiently standing and waiting at least 10 mins at the reception and another 10 minutes to sit at the table without anyone approach.

Rebecca was the best server, we had diner and she never missed a beat.
Best service ever!

We brought our family of 5, and were seated immediately. Our server Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure we got our food quickly on a busy Saturday night. She made my kids feel special and took GREAT care of us! The food was great, the service was great, we will be back!

Mario was our server food came out quick and hot he checked on us multiple times. And drinks were always full would def ask for his section

I wanted to just share that our waiting was a long wait but we sat and understood that there was a lot of people, but no server acknowledged or came to check on us, until kate took the initiative to do so, and she made sure our food was served right after and served the right way, she was so attentive to us, found a solution to the situation, she did what a true server should have done. She did an amazing job! Her service was appreciated and I will come back just to be served by her again! GOD BLESS YOU KATE!

We were amazed with how attentive the staff was and how they made our visit so special. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and everything came out nice and hot! We will definitely be coming back.

Had a few small issues that the manager Cassandra helped us with that made the evening absolutely perfect.

Over Priced for hardly any food I seriously could have gotten more at another steakhouse and a lot less even with the lobster

Sara the bartender makes the best LIT. The crew are always friendly, service is spot on. Managers actually listen and fix issues. Cassandra, the mgr, she rocks, always listens, is proactive with her staff and has a positive attitude. Come enjoy a great steak, well mixed drinks and a crew that remembers what customer service really means.

The food is amazing so full of flavor. Nothing beats the Mac n cheese it’s always my pregnancy craving. The service is also very great. I recommend the Visalia outback to anyone for a date night.

Great service. Delicious steak, fresh salad. The whole meal was wonderful. 9/15/23 Gabe was very attentive and answered our questions. When he took our order I asked for extra butter and he clarified, did I want it on the side or on the potato. Great catch. Our order came and it was cooked to perfection and the way we ordered it. Gabe checked back with us often to ensured we were happy and our needs were met. He is a perfect person for a server. Accurate and allowed us enough time to enjoy our salad before the main meal arrived.

All the staff was fabulous, the restaurant was very clean, the manager was very courteous and friendly. We had a short conversation, and he even ended up, sponsoring us with a gift card for the West Visalia Kiwanis golf tournament next month!

Drinks are a little over priced and taste like juice. Did not feel the alcohol at all after 2 drinks. The salad did not feel fresh. Can't complain about the service and food. They were great.
