Staff were professional, well mannered, and always introduced themselves and why they were there. I did not have a bad experience except someone trying to put in my IV.

I’ve had cataract removal and lens replacement surgery at this facility. The staff and facility are very well organized and I felt very comfortable that everybody was on top of everything. I was asked multiple times about certain important information just to make sure that everybody had it. The people were friendly and engaging and very understanding and supportive. The only improvement would be if they gave me a cup of cappuccino with the end. That’s a joke, by the way.

I have had 3 hand surgeries, all trigger finger releases. All three visits were completely first class and appreciated. The preparation calls were sincere and complete - arrival welcome congenial and productive - transitioning into the gown and getting situated and ready went very easily - there is literally a team of nurses and medical assistants who perform their duties smoothly and with care. My hand surgeon Enass N. Rickards MD is friendly and practically fun during all her precision, completion, care and follow up. Request this facility and you'll know also. Dan

From the moment I checked in until I was wheeled out, the caring attitudes and efficiency of the staff (from nurses through doctors) made my experience much more relaxed than expected. The nurses and attendants were loving, which helps a lot. Their competence mixed with efficiency and loving smiles made me feel like I was in the hands of true professionals.

My experience was great everybody was polite and professional make me feel like I’m one of the team if I have to choose I will go back there.

This surgery center is the best. Very clean, great caring staff, upgraded equipment, etc. The only thing I wish was that there is free parking not just 1 hour validated parking, but the whole time you are there. This is not the surgery center’s fault, just something I wish was free.

I highly recommend This facility for outpatient surgery. This is my second time here and this time was even better than the first and the first time was absolutely amazing. EVERYONE is caring, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
