I used outwest auto one time and will absolutely, never use them again.my pickup was in there for an oil change, check the tensioner pulley and starter and power steering pump leak.they said my pulley was fine. (I just got home from being stranded on the freeway with my tension pulley broken) they also said that they couldn't find a leak in my power steering unit and charged me for 2 units of power steering fluid.when I picked up my pickup the power steering reservoir was bone dry.they had to roll start (I have a manual transmission) I've never had a battery issue until that day.drove home and have not had a battery issue since (I dont know what they did to kill the battery but it hasn't happened since) I strongly suggest taking your vehicle anyplace else

Second time using this shop, they’re priced fairly and are super courteous. Previously had my transmission mounts done, today had my alternator and tensioner replaced. Will continue to use them as needed. My favorite part is they never pressure you into purchasing things and totally leave it up to you. Great place overall.

Outwest replaced my transmission fluid and changed the oil. All went as expected, was completed within the specified time frame.

Outwest has an excellent team. They have always done a professional job in a timely manner for me. I’ve had multiple vehicles worked on by them from my Jeep to my diesel and have always been satisfied with their work. They have also followed through with warranty work over a year after their first fix. The Outwest auto team rocks!

I had a flat tire & was across the street having my nails done. They promptly came & got my car. By the time I was done the tire was repaired. The service was great! The gentleman was very professional & polite! I would recommend Out West Auto to all. I will use their services again!
