Melonie is super helpful and informative! We are both in a networking group called BNI and I would just like to say she is very good at listening and analyzing the information you give her to know exactly what you want. I have been to their facility and seen their showroom and it was beautiful! They have so many options of garage doors and garage door openers to choose from. The unit that stood out to me was the Odyssey 1000 Belt/Chain Drive because it is compatible with smartphones which I think is super convenient! Just open your garage with your phone. Brilliant! I will be purchasing one from them soon, so look out for that!

My first experience with Overhead Door company was about 25 years ago with an install of garage door and opener. Due to a minor accident I needed a whole new door otherwise I'm sure it would have lasted another 25 years.
This month they installed another with a new opener. Their entire team was very professional, courteous and helpful. Big thanks to the vice president Zach Maciel for his help and to Nikolas who was prompt at arriving to install the garage door and did a wonderful job.
A special thanks to Ramon who previously came out a few months ago to put our original door back together after it came off its tracks.

Had problems with trying to reprogram my garage door opener. So I called Overhead in South Sacramento and they were very pleasant over the phone when I explained my issue. I was transferred to Jack and he patiently walked me through the entire process, made it very easy. These guys are very customer service oriented.
