Would give it a 2 if not for location. Very nice neighborhood and the complex is well landscaped and maintained. Convenient, 3 minutes, to RB and Carmel Mountain and highway.
HOWEVER... You can hear neighbors talk and take shower. I was worried about that when I moved in. Apartments are noisy due to proximity of neighbors. But this is worst in the half dozen I've lived in.
The staff is friendly. Parking is plentiful. Great views from my balcony.
If better constructed to keep noise a bit less, the place is easily a 4 or 5.
Overpriced and definitely upset with how some things are run. But staff is nice.
