5Updated: I really love it here. The staff is really friendly as well as the tenants. It’s easier to make friends here than anywhere else. The place is also beautiful!
Most things about living here are good. The only bad thing is the parking situation. They don't provide a parking space with the rent you pay. If you want a covered parking space, it will cost you $60 a month extra. If you have to work, most likely you will always have to park on the street. I wish they would assign the uncovered parking spaces to people who live here. And have guests park on the street.
I have lived at OSM for 2 years and there have been obvious positive changes since new management and employees have taken over. All staff members are professional, kind, helpful and efficient. Thanks to all!
I moved into an apartment here a year ago. I am happy here and really have to commend the new management team, Amy and her crew. Amy works very hard to improve things that can be better and always works with the residents best interests in mind. The apartments are updated and very comfortable and the residents are personable. The grounds are very pretty and our pets enjoy the dog run, which will be even better with the upcoming renovation. There are lots of activities to enjoy each day.

It's been 13 months living here now. New managers Amy and Michelle have brought a fresh set of eyes and ideas for our awesome community.
Happy hours, bingo,
and holiday events are all fun, and a great way to meet new residents.

Just moved in 8 days ago and I'm so happy we're here.
The newly remodeled apartment looks fantastic. New floors, carpets, paint, appliances are beautiful.
From my first tour with Tamara in November, I knew this is where I wanted to live.
The grounds are well-maintained and lush. 2 heated pools are perfect in January since it was 81 here today.
Management has been incredibly helpful and NICE!
The Management team of Michael, Tamara and Nyla has gone above and beyond to make our move smooth. They all care about us. It's very refreshing these days.
I love it here!
