The sales associate JR was great. He had no issue showing me 20 cars and dealt with my indecisive nature. Even when the finance company threw us a curve ball JR was helpful and patient and I appreciated his professionalism. In the end I found a car that is great! While shopping yesterday for a car for our daughter, we came in contact with Own A Car. After visiting three other dealers, they where like a breath of fresh air. They didn't promise anything but would give us the best deal they could. They very much succeeded and I have already recommended them to our son in law.

These people are stressful. I've been there twice and they are constantly telling me what I want. They never know a price and they are very shady. I leave with a headache every time. I wish they could be up front with me and not talk to me like I'm stupid.they lie a lot and they think they are hustlers but they suck. I'm never going back

Be careful of what agree too. I would love to give them no stars because they deposited a check that wasn't supposed to be deposited until the following week. There is a lot of miscommunication with sales person and the accounting department. I feel I was mislead and ass out of car because of the down payment. They are not willing to work with you. There commercial is a gimmick by saying $500 down or 5 weeks to pay. Not true at all. So be careful. I do want to say that the man who sold me the car was very helpful. But the rest of this company was not very professional nor helpful.

Thee worst car place ever. I talk to them on the phone be for making an 1 hour drive to Fresno. They told me on the phone lady told me I was approved. But once I got there it was a lie. I will never be back!

Felt really rushed would have liked the opportunity to look at other vehicles but didn't get that chance. Was told I couldn't get a lower car price because the bank would not finance me. I did get a car thou just wanted lower car payments and a choice to drive a few to at least pick one.

Going to this place was a joke. Showed up and there is a flock of sales ppl outside just staring and its like no one wanted to come up and help. Once we got someone to help us, we were letting them know what we were looking for. And they wanted to have me buy a car that i didnt want. They didn't meet my expectations as a "dealer".

Do yourself a favor, go to an ACTUAL dealer like Honda/Ford/Toyota etc. We bought a car and it had several issues. I ran the VIN and discovered they never changed the faulty airbag. Had to take it to the dealer for the new airbag. I also checked the oil, it was straight up black dirt. Changed it with synthetic. Then we started hearing a noise at 2000 rpms. Still havn't figured it out, appears to be an exhaust leak. All this happened after the fact. THEN they sent me a bill because they didn't pay the DMV enough for the tags. What a bunch of BS. Like I said, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Great car buying experience! I recently bought a car in August and was involved in a vehicle 9 days later in my new car. So I went back to talk to Ron and not only did I get another car but a better car with a lower payment! Ron took the time to listen to what I wanted and found the perfect car and Kenny the Sales Manager was great in working with me on my down payment and car payment. Definitely recommend them!

Went to look at a Corvette, the car was nice and so was the sales staff. Had a hard time getting a decent interest rate even with 700+ credit score. Tough negotiators that's why only 3 stars.
