Oxford Suites Chico

Was here on a buisness trip, affordable, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very nice, and helpful. I highly recommend.

The staff were so nice! The room was clean and the breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again.

I frequently visit my daughter in Chico and Oxford Hotel has been my number 1 choice. I tried many other local hotels but Oxford offers the combination I need. Great location for restaurants and shopping, excelent costumer service, always very clean and right room temperature. Fresh and fair breakfast under a good price. Hotels in Chico are overpriced but I feel Oxford hotel fair enough. I always ask to stay on the 3rd floor & left side of the elevators. I hope all other floors are the same. I wish their shower have more water pressure. I love a good shower! Bedding, carpet, sofa, furniture and room appliances are all new and nice. I hope you enjoy this hotel as much as I do.

Seriously one of the best pet friendly hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I'd definitely stay here again!

Super friendly great rooms great breakfast and mangers reception great touch stayed 3 days while wife was having surgery right down the street. We stayed another night so wife could relax and we ended up stay one more night for a total of 5 nights because we relaxed so much. Will diffently stay when again when we have to go back down for more dr visit.percent recommend

I'm going to start off with this was despite one bad thing the best hotel experience I've had for the price.

Pro:

Front desk staff, overall cleaning staff, drink tickets, facilities, absolutely awesome. Can't say enough good really I was shocked, I'm a bit of a stickler for a good experience and I was very impressed. I was checked in at the front desk by a middle aged gentleman who could easily pass for working at a high end big city hotel, he was clear, concise, ontop of it and kind

Cons:

We went down to get our breakfast in the morning and everything looked lovely, however upon serving ourselves food we watched the cook directly cough into the food multiple times making zero attempt to cover or direct his cough away from the uncovered food. We ended up dumping our food once we got back to the room and ordering in.

Overall the room had a few things that needed to be repaired: wall patches that weren't painted, and a shower that had a few issues. Just overall the hotel needs someone to go through and make some notes on fit and finishing.

Overall: I had a good enough experience to override the breakfast experience (which was really reeeaaally gross) the facilities were nice and the staff (except the one cook, the other cook was lovely) were awesome. 10/10 maybe just skip the breakfast!

The service, every single employee was friendly and super helpful…the standards at this facility are very high. It is very apparent that the employees are held accountable to them at all times.

Very comfortable clean rooms. Great amenities at this hotel! Cozy, comfortable feel! Near many major stores and restaurants! When I travel to Chico, this is where I book to stay!

Rooms were really nice and spacious. The bed was very comfy even the pull out bed my son slept on comfy. Breakfast buffet was good. We definitely will be staying here again when we come up to see my in-laws.

Thought it was going to be another mediocre hotel. Far from. The beer/wine treat was just that. Loved it.
Breakfast was excellent. Was NOT expecting a fresh cooked omelette!

Way to go! We’ll be back!
