Parking lot where jurors are supposed to park for superior court. Cheaper lot than the superblock located adjacent to the court. If you arrive before 7 am though, prepare to walk around homeless bums. Guaranteed you will find a homeless person sleeping under the stairs. Occasionally the lot smells like urine or body odor.
