5Do you like being woken up at all hours of the night? Do you enjoy hearing the ear shattering sounds of airplane engines and propellers flying over your house at 6: 00 a.m? Welcome to Long Beach! Pacific Air Flight School airplanes are LOUD! Their engines and propellers are out of date (1940-1960). They, along with ALL of the other flight schools in LB are the reason for the incessant noise, disturbance of the peace and quality of residents lives, and play a HUGE role in the ever increasing, very toxic levels of pollution in our environment. BEWARE, THEY ARE DANGEROUS!

I bought a Demo flight. The flight was canceled due to weather conditions. No answer, no flight, no refund.
Don’t go to this flight especially if you want to rent.
First and foremost this owner discriminated against me and says my voice is different and I slur my speech. And he is concerned about me flying. I nearly have 200 hrs and all the times speaking on the comms I only had a couple times where ATC wanted me to clarify something because I accidentally said something else.
The owner also, supposedly who is a Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE), said he was concerned when he heard from Xavier the CFI I said I couldn’t read. I did say that as I was doing a Weight and Balance I accidentally wrote a number in the wrong spot and was trying to break the ice with the CFI. If you have a pilots license you can read the English language because that is a requirement.
Also these 5 star reviews that they have is because they offer the customers discount if they give a 5 star reviews. Don’t waste your time here and go somewhere else.
