I would give zero starts if I could… We drove all the way from Idaho to see a car, once we got down to the paper work the salesman asked for $14,000 deposit on a $35,000 car. We understand it’s a luxury dealership but after we told the salesman we couldn’t do a deposit that high he said “ do you not see what kind of inventory we sell? ” He made us feel like we couldn’t afford what they were selling. We took our business elsewhere and were happy with our purchase. We won’t be back.

What a horrible experience purchasing a car, the worse that I have ever had, they add around $8,000 worth of unnecessary items to my purchase, I was able to cancelled some of the add iteam but as of right now my financing company haven’t received the payment, SERGIO ARIAS “ THE MANAGER” was making fun and laughing about my situation while I was on the other line with the protective asset protection agent. Yet he doesn’t know or have an idea of where the money is, which I did not appreciate. If you don’t know answer talk to someone who does.
A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE, RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!
