Great service, I'm new to San Diego and not knowing anyone it was nice that Fernando called me by my first name reminded me of home. I came across Pacific Auto because they service the fleet of vehicles for the company I work for. I’ve always been impressed with their ability to accommodate me on short notice for oil changes and routine check ups. Very impressed with the service they do on our fleet so i Recently had them Do an inspection on a used truck i purchased. They delivered a very detailed assessment of the vehicle with honesty and integrity. They put in the extra time and effort to dial in the vehicle to run like new without trying to sell me on things i didn’t need. It felt like having family take care of the vehicle. If you value honesty, expertise and integrity Then choose pacific auto.they won’t tell you what you want to hear but they will tell you what you need to know so you can make a calculated decision!

Most people don't enjoy going to the mechanics yet somehow this place and the people who work here make it painless. I completely trust them and know my car is in very capable hands.

I had an appointment at Pacific Auto Service at 2pm on a Thursday. I arrived at 1: 40pm, and they told me they needed to run a diagnostic before they could find out what was wrong with my car's air conditioner. At around 3: 20pm, over an hour and a half after arriving, during which I waited patiently in the lobby, they told me that they didn't have the tool to run the diagnostic for my year and model of car! I told them the year, make, and model when I scheduled the appointment, as well as confirmed it when I arrived! I wasted a total of 2 hours at the place, for them to tell me they did absolutely nothing with my car! Only go to this place if you want your time wasted, what a joke!
