Best decision I’ve ever made coming to Pacific Bay Recovery. The amazing staff of nurses, doctors, councilors, therapists, and facilitators really helped me recover from a horrible addiction I was suffering. They helped me detox and recover and saved my life. Thank you to everyone there. I’m outpatient now and come and stop by as I feel like it’s my second home now! Thank you again to all of you guys

Pacific Bay Recovery has changed my life. When I walked in the doors I was a shell of my former self. I checked in shattered, with a bag full of broken pieces and slowly I was put back together with the help of the PBR staff. The accommodations and setting are simply wonderful. I highly recommend Pacific Bay Recovery if you are struggling with substance abuse. The medical team and staff here will help guide you through recovery and continued sobriety.

Management goes above and beyond for each client. Successful recovery is always their goal.

I would not recommend. I had a terrible experience I was belittled demeaned and talked down to. On top of that the standard of care is low, they will accuse a patient of seeking drugs if they are in pain and the food is cheap and horrendously disgusting, lasagna or some pasta dish on most days. Standard staples are not replenished often enough such as milk or cream cheese. You are likely to have to order your own food and label it with your name in the fridge. On Weekends there’s no cooked food just sandwiches made by the driver. Super thrifty place with a hot headed dr. That loses his temper and claims >90% success rate based on no real data “check online”. I strongly recommend against this place.

I’ve had some rough times in my life and PBR made me feel at home. The staff and counselors really help you out, it’s a process and it’s one day at a time, and I’ve felt that they’ve got me through the hard times. I recommend this place for sure

I have experience this program and I found it to be awesome. Very nice people that work there professional all the way around and I really enjoyed it and I found I found the admissions counselor to be great. His name is Yammy he’s very professional very pleasant.very nice very sweet. I was out of his way to help everybody while there.

This place is a very Peaceful, helpful, hopeful, Beautiful environment to get clean and sober. And the staff really care. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants a better life.

The worst experience of my life.

I couldn’t agree more with the other one star review. “Dr. Duffy could sell sour milk to a cow”. What a perfect description.

If you are an adult with any sense of self respect and free will, don’t take these guys seriously. Even less so if you are a professional of any sort. The experience is beyond demeaning.

I felt like I was in Kindergarten, except I actually liked Kindergarten. They treat you like a child and on top of it are totally incompetent in the areas that matter most in detox. What a joke. Don’t rely on basic principles of manipulation to try to indoctrinate your patients. And please, for the love of humanity, do NOT allow patients going through detox to gang up on another patient, while you stand there and make assumptions with no modicum of critical thinking whatsoever. That is just blatantly irresponsible.

You guys pretend to be doctors and administrators. My grandfather was an MD/PhD and world renowned cancer researcher. Thoughtful, rational, logical, objective. Everything PBR is not.

I wish parents and individuals could reach out to me to hear my ridiculous account of how inept this company is.

When I came here I was in a bad place in my life. I was addicted to fetenaly and meth. I was in a bad position in my life and in a bad relationship and horrible behavior problems. When I came to get treatment here I remember crying on the floor begging to leave but now I’m here for myself, have hope for a future and a will to be sober. 61 days later and I’m ready for the world. This place saved my life completely. If your struggling please give yourself a chance even thought u feel u DONT deserve one.

PBR and it's staff were a life-saving place for my recovery. My life was spiraling out of control very quickly and they were able to turn that around and help me to rebuild my life in every aspect. I would highly recommend PBR to anyone that is serious about recovery and changing their life around. It was an absolute amazing place to be. I will always be grateful to everyone at Pacific Bay Recovery.

This rehab center helped me a-lot to overcome my addiction with drugs and alcohol problems. The staff provided love and support during my treatment. I am forever grateful that helped transformed my life.

I recommend this care center to all who need rehab services. After my treatment I felt compelled to endorse these folks. The doctors the nurses and the staff are remarkable and professional. They try hard to be available and helpful. They make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable.

This place was nothing short of amazing. Got to work with Jacob and Dwain who did everything they could to help. They are great and very responsive. Definitely recommend for anyone who is going through their journey

This is a great program! The counselors are fantastic, the therapist are amazing, the whole treatment team is truly there to see you best succeed. If you’re serious about getting sober, this is the place.

Dr. Michael Duffy could sell sour Milk to a cow. An educated grounded DR.knows better then to PROMISE a post-laminectomy/adhesion related disorder chronic pain patient that her results will be over the moon and back to a normal life style if she stays the course. He's words, not mine. I've had 6 spinal surgeries and 2 core surgeries plus numerous procedures. After 5 weeks and seriously going to leave. I was told by Duffy my pain was psychosomatic. And yes he yells and yes you are threatened about you performance at their "town hall" group meetings. While it is worth mentioning Dr. King is about their only asset as her approach is how a patient should be treated. Not my first rodeo.
