Pacific Brewing Supplies reviews
9Every time I come here I have a great experience and get excellent customer service. I always try to buy from a local homebrew shop and this is definitely on my preferred list.
I love stopping by this shop whenever I can. So much stuff available in a relatively small floor space. Nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff and a friendly mascot shop cat!
I called before I came to make sure they would refill my CO2. He kindly confirmed that they refill both 5lbs and 10lbs (~$25). I arrived and he went to refill it and returned promptly. While he was away, his cat kept us company. She was so friendly. He let us give her some treats as we were checking out. I look forward to the next time I need to refill CO2!
I don't know much about brewing to be honest. But Charles was super helpful, and really went out of his way to help us get everything we needed to get started. The cat was also really friendly and went outside to greet us.
Great store and great staff, It feels like I stepped back into the 1950’s when things we’re simple. Like a store “in town” to get your supplies, they have everything you need to be a creative home brewer.
This place is amazing! They have everything for fermentation from wine and beer to pickles and cheese. Charles and his employees are wildly (pun intended) helpful and knowledgeable. They made me, a complete novice, feel confident and welcome in the world of fermentation.
Will definitely be coming back! Had a wonderful experience here replacing a large assortment of mash-making equipment. The owners were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The selection was impressive, and the prices were very fair. Prices were across the board more reasonable than another shop in Monrovia I had visited early that same day. Highly recommend.
I've been shopping here since 2016 and their selection has only been getting better. Their prices are more than fair, and if you need an oddball part for some equipment you've cludged together or (like me) you have a keg that was threaded in something between metric and imperial units - you have a good change of finding the exact part you need. Everyone here is patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic.
I found a little piece of heaven on earth! Over a decade ago I used to brew my own beer and had to order everything online. I wanted to get back into beer making and this place had great reviews and was near to me. The people that helped me at the store were so kind and knowledgeable. I'm also making my first batch of wine and it turns out they also have wine making supplies. My wife noticed they have cheese making supplies so we got some of that too. Also met some great people there who are also into home brewing. This place is great and I will support them as often as possible!
