WOW, I felt like I was walking into a Beverly Hills salon! The office decor is so inviting, tasteful and relaxing. The front office staff; so welcoming. I came to Biospa for a facial with Lori and the experience was top notch. She was very professional and didn't cringe when she evaluated my skin! The facial itself was lovely - Lori has a light, gentle touch that will put you sleep. My skin felt so soft and clean for days after. Loved, loved the treatment and cannot wait to go back. Thank you ladies!

Dr. Horowitz is amazing. I've seen him for several surgeries and he is as kind now as he always has been, and knowledgeable too! He is very patient with my millions of questions and works hard to make me feel comfortable and at ease. His staff is great, they are always very welcoming! I love this place. I won't go anywhere else, even though they are almost 45 min north of where i live. There are many other cosmetic surgeons nearer to me but I will only go here. I even went to him when he was in Huntington Beach. He is the best and his staff are amazing!

I had a breast augmentation done in May of this year. The experience was better than I anticipated. Dr. Champion was amazing to work with and everyone that I interacted with at the practice was great! After wanting to get a breast augmentation done for almost 20 years I am so happy with my results!

Went to Dr Horowitz 18 years ago for a mommy makeover after four kiddos. Dr Horowitz and his team took such good care of me. The recovery was nowhere near what I thought it would be. It was a very nice recovery experience. Dr. Horowitz and his surgical team had given me my body back once again. I’ve since move out of state it was looking for light touchups. Many consultations later from other locate providers Who either said I didn’t need anything done or it was a major facelift overhaul. Well I wasn’t looking for a facelift, I just noticed my neck beginning to show signs of aging as well as my cheeks around the lower bottom of my face drooping. I knew where I needed to go - Pacific Center for plastic surgery! Dr Horowitz suggested the lite-lift procedure. It was exactly what I was looking for! The procedure didn’t require me to be fully sedated. I was able to come into his office have it done and leave a couple hours later. My recovery has been so minimal that it’s hard for me to relax and take it easy when I feel so great. Thank you Dr Horowitz, Paula and the whole team at PCPS for making me feel well rested again! You’re the BEST!

Dr. Nichter is not only extremely knowledgable and very detailed, but also kind and compassionate and his work is amazing! I'm so glad I chose him and would highly recommend him for all procedures.

I did my under eye bags removal surgery years ago, i wish I never let him touch my face, he did each eye diffrent, and the left side of my face got infected, it was painful to the touch for years, as a result I lost all the fat in my left cheek, today the
Left side of my face is saggy, I've to spend thousands of dollars on fillers to balance my face, the day of surgery, he came in and did not know what surgery I'm in for, he asked me, you're here for fa acelift right? He seemed disoriented! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place

I did a lot of research on breast augmentation before coming here. In fact it was years of consultations and I met with another plastic surgeon down the street in Newport Beach too. Its just such a big decision and I wanted to be sure I did it right! So happy to say that I did, and actually I just wish I had sooner! I'm a little indecisive I guess. It's been a amazing experience and much easier than I thought it would be. My friend is getting a mommy makeover and I told her to come here too! My husband saw dr Horowitz after a head injury & black eye that closed his eye. Dr Horowitz was kind enough to believe that I didn’t slug him. Hahaha. He recommended arnica gel & pills. He also made recommendations about skin tags on his face & other parts of his body that could possibly be cancerous. Our whole experience at the center was wonderful.

I had my surgery with Doctor Jed Horowitz. The whole experience has been wonderful.
From the beginning with my first consultation were I was provided with detailed information on my procedure to my post op appointments… everything has been great.
My surgery (a tight lift, vaser lipo and fat transfer) has been a success, I’ve had no issues at all. The incision is beautiful and clean… I can already see the results in my legs and thighs and I love them. Most importantly my recovery has been excellent.

I recently had a Lite Lift done by Dr. Horowitz. The entire experience has been wonderful. My interaction with the staff has been pleasant and professional. I am thrilled with my results! It's only been one week since my procedure and the transformation is remarkable already. The procedure was done in the office with a local anesthestic. My recovery has been quick and I did not require any pain medication other than Tylenol. I loved Dr. Horowitz and would highly recommend him to anyone who's thinking of having cosmetic surgery.

What can I say about my experience here…It was amazing! Everything I hoped for and more! Not only is Dr. Nichter a perfectionist (which is what you want from a person who is about to perform surgery on you), he’s also an expert at what he does! I am very pleased with my results!
All of his support staff are amazing as well! Everyone makes you feel so welcome and cared for. Especially sweet Sabrina Sanchez. She was my patient concierge. She was such a pleasure to work with! Any questions or concerns I had both before and after my surgery, she handled with grace, compassion, and efficiency. The thought of surgery can be scary sometimes. Your mind can really stress you out, as you wonder about the outcome and all the “ what if’s”. Sabrina expeditiously got answers to any question I came up with, which in return calmed any nerves I may have been having.
All I can say is…if you’re feeling a little down when you look at yourself in the mirror lately…Do this for yourself! You deserve to look and feel your best!

Dr. Champion is an absolute gem and knows her stuff. She is a board certified plastic surgeon, which was important when consulting for a surgeon. Her and the entire staff are so welcoming they make you feel like family from the moment you walk inside. Sabrina at the front is such a pleasure and I always look forward to seeing her. I had a breast revision with right capsulectomy, and I was super scared, but Dr. C made me feel so comfortable and put all my worries to rest. They also have a MedSpa and varied treatments and really give tip top service. Highly recommend.:)

I had the the most AMAZING experience with Dr. Nichter. I first got breast implants with him back in 2006 and it was perfect. May 2021, I went back to get a full mommy make over with him (breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction of arms, chin & things). Dr. Nichter and his staffs are amazing from the beginning to end. It has been truly a life changing experience for me. I absolutely love my results. Dr. Nichter is a world class surgeon. I even got less scaring on my breast than I thought I would get with a breast lift. He calls you after surgery and takes very good care of you. The results speak for itself. I can not be happier.
