By far the worst Escrow Company I had to deal with and I've dealt with more than 20 Companies in my life time. No follow up and nor ownership to your file. If you don't call to check and follow up don't expect them to do their job on their own. The Manager there is just as incompetent as her staff so don't think that reaching out to her it will resolve much. So sad companies like this can stay in business.

We had a 25 day close and Pacific Coast Title delivered on our Rush request. Everything went smoothly. Five-Star Service!

These people are rude, cutting me off while I was talking. They also ask for things that no other title company asks for, such as to have enough finances in order to cover any title claim. What? Isn't that what I'm buying title insurance for. Don't use these people.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. Their team dropped the ball costing me copious amounts of money with the County. Instead of making things right, when made aware of their more than obvious mistake, they avoided my calls for over a month until i essentially CC'd everyone in their company including the Senior Vice President and the CEO of the company. I gave this company an honest opportunity to make things right. Instead of admitting fault and trying to make the situation right, The Senior Vice President Adam felt it was more important to trip over his own lies which I have in writing and draw conversations out for over 3 months. I wish I could post the email correspondence between myself and PCT and their senior leaders so that you can see how crooked they are for yourself. I'm not one to write negative reviews because I believe in giving chances as human error happens from time to time. Unfortunately, I was really left with no other options and would hate to see someone else in the same predicament I'm in right now. Trust me when I say this, you are far better off with another Title company that actually cares about their reputation, because it is blatantly obvious this company does not.
