Carolyn was extremely friendly, professional, and detail oriented when assessing our location and what had happened. This gave us confidence we were working with a well run company!

Tool my truck in they said it was gonna be 2 weeks to fix it and for 3 every time i call they say next week… they kept lying to me for 3 months then they just said they can’t fix it! Never going back never recommending anybody until they stop lying to people.

I was Referred to Pacific Crest by Kenworth In El Cajon. They replaced a couple of Axle gaskets. They were quick to do the work and they are reasonably priced. Cole Dick was a true professional, He made sure They checked fluids after the Job was done. I will definitely take my truck back to them and highly recommend them.
