Hate leaving bad reviews, but this place doesn’t accommodate with their patients. No reminder of an appointment I set over two months ago. Until the day of when I missed my appointment…that was probably my bad I should’ve set a note on my calendar, but most professional offices still send out a reminder to patients. They told me they could see me later that same afternoon (4: 30pm) I said yes but had to leave work almost 2 hours early from Irvine. I really needed this appointment because I needed a refill on a medication only they can authorize.
I noticed traffic was especially bad and my gps said I would get there 9mins late (4: 39pm). I wanted to make sure this was ok because I was driving out of my way for this and didn’t want to it they wouldn’t see me. I called them 8 times and left a voicemail, still kept driving until they finally answered when I was 15 mins away only for them to tell me they wouldn’t see me. The doctor couldn’t wait to see me because I was the last patient? He couldn’t wait 9 minutes even though they close at 5 pm… so they made me reschedule for January 2023….

The absolute worst place. The doctors and staff are very unprofessional, the doctor is very blunt and not compassionate at all assuring me the worse and offering no help what's so ever. The nurse I had today was completely lost she actually tried to pop my birthmark insisting it was a black head on my face. I have had to go many time because it seems this is the only place doctors know to refer to but every time it has been an awful experience. I once had skin tags cut off and the nurses giggled the entire time and talked about how much they enjoyed it meanwhile I was just there taking it no anesthesia nothing. My daughter went in several times to get a lump on her ear injected which was very painful and did absolutely nothing for her. Another time many years ago she has a bad rash all they did was all come in an look at her and take pictures and need helped her what so ever. Worst possible place you can go. The only good thing is the receptionist that's about it.

My real score is -100 but that's not an option. This place makes you wait so don't plan anything for at least 2 hours. The staff are so loud talking goofing off unprofessional. The nurse practitioner I saw (you never see a Dr.their time is too valuable to be spent on patients) didn't care what I wanted she wanted to put me back on birth control when I said I am not interested. She also says accutane wouldn't do anything for me when it helps treatment resistant acne. The last cherry on top was she sent my medication to Santa Anna when I live in Colton. Everyone at this facility is slow and useless avoid unless you want to waste your time and money

If you have nothing better to do with your time was a business. I waited over an hour & when I walked out of the room there was a bunch of staff just chatting it up, one lady said we were actually coming in to see you. No ma’am, your offer to reschedule doesn’t work. We got jobs to do as well

I’ve had a skin condition for over a month that no one could diagnose. After many labs from my primary; then an allergist, I finally saw dermatologist (Jennifer). Who seemed to know right away what it was. I was incredibly relieved. I am on a slow road to recovery, but recovery none the less. I am so grateful.

Very dissatisfied in today's visit. Would like to speak to a principle party from your business. Tried calling at 445pm, was send to a machine.

A few years back, my son was referred here by his primary doctor. Being a African American there was hesitation about them knowing about ingrown skin care at its worst. Three visits later it was taken care of, and to date, he has no problems with bumping up in the back of his neck. (He was also advised by the specialist how to keep the problem from reoccurring).

I am so grateful for the doctors and supporting staff. I had a scary little place removed and biopsied. They were thorough, calming, and very knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. Katherine took more than one of my calls and got me all the info I needed in a timely, cariing manner.

I love my lady’s in the front desk they’re always super nice and sweet & also my dermatologist always makes me feel so safe!

All personnel in the Riverside office are very professional and personable. Very trustworthy group.

Dr. Pizzifred is the best She always goes plus ultra to help her patients. 10/10 recommend

Absolutely rude.why did they make it such a big deal to show up at least 15 minutes early to do new patient paperwork and when we arrive the place is Closed. They repeatedly said "Show up at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment" they repeated 3 times when scheduling and 2 times at the appointment reminder. Rude and inconsiderate. Also in my opinion; they are not CDC Covid compliant. No temperature testing and no sanitizing.sorry masks and hand sanitizer not enough when they have high amount of patients and staff coming and going.

My first time with them went great, a few years back. But, the basal cell carcinoma came back.
I called Pacific Dermatology and asked if the took Scan. Answer, yes.
My insurance, “Scan” approved the them to remove it again. I feel I got the run around. They said the don’t have credentials to work with Riverside Medical Clinic. My RMC office also said, they got the run around too.

Good experience! The nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I would recommend this company!

People were friendly but not personable. They took care of my skin issues and that is what I was there for.
