Professional friendly staff. Reasonable wait time even though busy. Thorough explanation of process steps during appointment.

It was a very pleasant environment, the nurse and the PA that I seen were very professional. However they were unable to resolve my issue, and referred me to see a surgeon.

This was a new doctor for me, and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff and the intake process was friendly and efficient, and the nurse and PA Stemley listened carefully and addressed all my concerns. Great care!

Professional staff and Dr Irina are great, very clean office, I was never rushed during exam. Dr explained medical needs and procedure as needed. I will return for Dermatologist care and recommend Pacific Dermatology Institute.

Visited this clinic to prevent further alarming hair loss. Unfortunately, the female who treated me failed to see my hair loss as concerning, even after noticing a wide hair- part. I waited 8 weeks for Reena to hand me a sticky post it note with all the vitamins I have been taking for the last 6 months. I also explained to her that I have been using women’s Rogaine for the past 7 months and I have yet to see hair growth. She didn’t even suggest further testing. I called my primary to update him on the after visit and even he was surprised!

The office visit went well, but they do not answer the phones here. If you have an issue with a prescription, you won’t be able to get it resolved because of this. When they finally did answer they were rude and literally admitted that they don’t answer the phones after 3pm. Two hours before they close. It’s very difficult to get ahold of them at any time, however, it’s impossible after 3pm apparently.

This location is pretty good. The office and waiting room is really nice and clean. The staff is very polite and attentive. The wait is sometimes long but nothing different than any doctors appointment. The doctor definitely listens to my concerns and shows interest. She’s pretty quick with everything. I had different things checked up on and there’s only 1 issue i have that i keep going back for which isn’t getting any better.

The office staff is very kind. They are a busy office, but move you right along. Very efficient.

Dr. Iryna and her assistant were extremely competent and professional! Dr. Iryna performed the surgery with out any pain, answered all my questions and concerns during the surgery all the while making sure I wasn't in any pain and did it all in a short amount of time. They all definitely know what their doing in the Apple Valley office. I felt as though I was in very good hands and this was my first visit. I look forward to my post surgery appt. The hour and a half drive from my home in Lake Arrowhead, where I live, was well worth it. Thank you all!

Dr. Iryna is very good at what she does. She has ultimately found all my skin problems and resolved them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One small negative would be the wait to be seen from the waiting room. Though, the wait can sometimes be extensive, it is worth the wait.

I will never go to any other Dermatologist. Everyone is so professional. I love Irena, she is so good at what she does. Very professional!

Had an overall great experience on 10/10/23. Was in and out in about an hour and a half. My procedure was simple and quick. The only complaint I had was I kept getting called she/her? Which was awkward.
