Really enjoyed my experience at this boat rental. The setting is very professional and clean; especially the bathrooms, which were tidy. The personnel here attend you with a smile and are happy to assist. I want to say thank you to Nathan and Ben for your professionalism and efficiency in getting us on the Duffy on time. Also, thank you gentlemen in helping with parking the boat everytime we needed to make a restroom stop. My friends all felt comfortable with this boat rental, and we definitely will back.

Rented a Duffy boat and it was so much fun. My family enjoyed the boat and cruise around the harbor. Staff is super nice and very friendly, explain the whole process and help us to understand the newport harbor area for cruising. We loved it and will definitely doing again!

Emily was very nice and informative. She made sure our group of 4 knew all the landmarks to get us out and back. The boat was clean and easy to navigate in the bay. The houses were amazing and reading all the "punny" boat names was a highlight. When returning, I was a little worried about parking it without crashing into another boat and Emily again came to save the day amd guided us in. Would definitely come back.

We rented a Duffy boat for Mothers Day and thoroughly enjoyed cruising around the Newport harbor. The people that work at Pacific Electric Boat Rentals are super friendly and helpful! The boats are clean and well maintained. We brought lunch and drinks and absolutely loved every minute! Our only regret was not renting for longer. We rented for 2 hours, I would say go for at least 3 hours.you wont regret it:)

We had a great day on the water today! There's no better way to enjoy a self-guided tour of beautiful Newport Habor than by boat. Pacific Electric Boat rentals stands out from the other boat rental agencies in the area because of their awesome customer service and the condition of their Duffy boats. They don't even look like rentals boats because they keep them in such great condition. Rio greeted us with a smile and prepared us for our afternoon on the harbor. A few easy instructions and we were on our way. Champagne, charcuterie, music, and of course the wonderful scenery made for a perfect day of boating! It doesn't get any easier than booking with Pacific Boat Rentals. We'll definitely be back again very soon.

A hidden gem. We visit from Scottsdale and always make sure that we visit PEB at-least once every time we are in Newport. The boats are kept clean and in perfect working condition. The staff is awesome from the top down. Owners, Chris and Angele are so kind and hardworking. They are always pleasant. Paige, Manager, takes great care of us every time we visit. Her dock team is awesome and this time we had the pleasure of working with Maura. She was kind, friendly and helpful. Taking a ride around lido and balboa islands is tranquil, peaceful and healing. What a great day! Thank you Paige and team.
