14My visit of March 15 with Pacific Eye Institute was in all ways pleasant. The staff exhibited exemplar professionalism, thoroughness, and assuaged my concerns.
Dr Soni is amazing! He is very professional and cares about his patients. I’ve been seeing him for years for my eye specialties and I recommend him to anyone in need of an eye specialist!
Not very satisfied since the doctor who treated me did not clear my doubts or let me explain my suit of my problem, I hope that the next visit will be different.
The staff is excellent, very friendly and professional and always on the lookout to help everyone.
Awesome! No wait. Did laser treatment sameday in 1 eye and within a week will do the other. Very nice and respectful
The staff is very professional and efficient. Dr. Beckendam is thorough and takes the time to answer your questions. The only downside is that they are so busy that wait times can be long (45 minutes after my appointment time). Once they call you back, though, everything moves along smoothly. I definitely recommend them!
Everyone is so nice, Dr. Beckendam is great, explains what’s going on with my eyes and I am thankful:)

My experience at the Pacific Eye Institute was that everyone was very professional, kind and caring. The staff were very helpful and did all my eye tests really well. My doctor helped me with my eye health and gave me information on how to better treat my eye condition. No problems here, I highly recommend this doctor and Pacific Eye Institute for anyone who wants great treatment for their eyes and quality of vision.
Love the doctor's they take their time and explain everything. The ladies are patient and helpful.
Great staff although I wish they would introduce themselves when asked to follow them from waiting room.

It's was a great experience. I was in and out in 20-30min. And the people's where very nice and professional.
Worst customer service. Go to any other place if possible. I had an appointment this week and waited 2 1/2 hours to see the doctor. There were at least 15 people waiting to see one doctor.
It was crowded. I still got in and out pretty quick. Dr.took time to explain and answer my questions.
I am not the patient, but my father-in-law is, and I have seen the excellent service that he received for his excellent eye surgery, very professional.
