4I have no power because of construction that was supposed to finish at 2pm but now is expected to finish at 8pm and that's not certain. My food is going to spoil and no one will answer my call
Received bill after half of year after service was stopped and account unlinked.my account is no longer present into pge site, and of course I can not login into it.
Due to Covid 19 case surges, this office is closed temporarily until further notice. Each office should have alternative neighborhood places you can go to pay your bill posted. Or you can call the P. G. & E.office for your area, listen to prompts for options
(pay station locations and hours open).
