The nurses didn’t inform me about their move to another building at the last minute but it was not fair that my job to have to call them to make an appt and found out they move out. Why they can’t inform me by email or mail to my home? But no. Dr. Schwarz should know that better, he has patience as a Deaf person but seems like he was afraid of me or doesn’t know to communicate with me but only talk to my dad or aunt. I’m 33 years old. I went there four times back to forwards (Murrieta to San Jacinto) for tests that need approval from dr Schwartz for my wisdom teeth surgery. I’m struggling with rides situations cause I don’t have a driver's license. Seem like they don’t care. The only thing is PET SCAN that I took for the last test last time. I didn’t like it at all. It makes me anxious, no one calms me down or informs me to bring someone or something to calm me down. I was anxious and cried but no one care about me at all. None of them have no respect for me as a Deaf person! The reason why I go to see Dr. Schwarz from the beginning is that my last old cardiologist in San Jacinto make fun of me and had no idea what the pacemaker battery left is. That why I choose far away from my home in San Jacinto to go see Dr. Schwarz. But I feel discriminated against by them from day one to visiting their new building.
