Pacific Honda never disappoints! They offer drive up appts and manage to fit you in anytime of the day. Need a key remote replacement they have you covered, I also desperately needed new windshield wipers and Pacific Honda helped me out. No job is to small for them. Thank you for getting in and out in a hurry. (My service included oil change, brake fluid, key remote, windshield wipers - overall very stratified with my service.) Thank you.

I purchased a new 2021 Accord Touring from Greg who was very helpful in getting me the deal I was looking for. From there I was handed to Shawn, another salesman who took my experience to another level. Shawn made sure I was comfortable with the purchase and to this day has had outstanding follow-up. Based on Shawn's ability to connect with his customer and exceed their expectation, I referred (2) of my co-workers to him who also made purchases of new vehicles. Both of them are very happy as well. Another friend has an appointment this week with Shawn and I will continue to send anyone looking for a vehicle to him. Being that I'm a huge Honda fan and have purchased several over the years, I must say that by far Pacific Honda has been the best experience I've had with any Honda Dealership in the Country. 20 STARS for Shawn! It's also important to note that JR helped me find solutions while in Finance and the GM I spoke with (don't have his name) was also extremely helpful when I hit a snag with the deal. I could go on and on saying great things about my experience with Shawn, but I think you get my point here.

So I ended up purchasing (5) vehicles from Pacific Honda this year and since the great experience with the sales department, the service department is not on the same page. Nothing but problems with the 2021 Touring with 5-6 trip to service in the first 7 month of ownership. Struts, sway bar, ball joints, tire beading issue, paint on the front bumper defected. Service said they rotated the tires when in fact they were never moved from the original position. Service department treats me like I'm lying about repairs needed and their tone is that I'm trying to get loaner cars from them for my pleasure. The loaner car they gave me the first time was over the top dirty with French fries on the seat and floor board from the previous driver. I had to pay to have it washed because I couldn't see out the windows. I had an appointment last weekend for a thumping noise in the front end (AGAIN) and when I get there on Saturday, I was told they don't do these repairs on weekend and asked that I leave the car for a few days (why schedule me a reservation then). Then I was told they will give me loaner car for only 1 of the days. I need a car for work, so I couldn't leave it. I'm now driving with front end noise that is likely dangerous. (Advisor told me this is a common problem with this model as the manufacturer didn't properly torque the struts. This place is always understaffed and very unprofessional. I will find another local service department for my repair needs in the future. I'm not a liar, and certainly am not trying to take advantage of the loaner cars like they think. I only want a car that doesn't have so many issues and a service department that cares. I will contact SunRoad to share my experience as well. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY DID WORK THAT THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE. They also exaggerate the time for the repairs up front hoping you will leave and go back another time. They told me 5-6 hours for an oil change on Saturday, and this is with a reservation. When I arrived the advisor told me 5-6 hours, so I left. Why would an oil change take 5-6 hours when I made a reservation prior? I have zero confidence that the oil was actually changed. $150,000 in car purchase this year and I get very poor service.

Incredible customer service. Rob rocks! I don't think I'd ever take my Hondas anywhere else. Besides, it's a 5-minute walk to O'Brien's Pub. ;-)

I had been car shopping for a while, gone through a ton of different dealerships and salespeople. Pacific Honda had the best inventory, the most professional staff, a great customer service. Ask for Carter, the customer service and professionalism was incredible.

Had dropped off my car on a Tuesday morning due to a serious VSA issue that turned out to be a result of my HRV's brake pedal not letting up to its original position, and was - later that day - informed that the service center would do its best to get the part replaced and ready for me by end of Friday or Monday. That meant I would not be getting my car back until then, in which I was flexible with not having a car to get around. Ended up getting my car fixed up Thursday evening, and was able to pick it up Friday morning. The car has been since running fine and the brake pedal operating just perfectly. I appreciated Erick's ability to keep me updated and well-informed about the issue. Many thanks!

Hard to reach anyone I need to contact. Happened with my sales person 3 months ago. My sales person would not return my texts, but would return my husbands. Now I’ve been trying to contact the financial department and have had zero luck. This is my second car I bought from a dealership and it has not been a good experience.

I’ve always had a good experience dropping of my Honda. Made a reservation online, asked for a rental. Once I’m there, at 3: 30. No more rentals and the rental person went home for the day. Complete inconvenience for me and my family. What is the purpose of reserving a rental online with a time?

Dropped my car off on a Thursday. Next day didn’t hear back from anyone. Called after 3pm to see if car was ready. Seriously couldn’t get anyone in service. I was consistently put on hold. Kept calling back, over 1/2 hour, still put on hold by operator. Finally had to call and talk to parts. Thankfully he didn’t put me on hold and was able to connect me with someone in service. How bad is it when service won’t pick your call but you have to find a way around by calling parts? Highly considering a new car this year and Pac Honda has made sure I don’t come back.

I have been coming to Pacific Honda for every oil change and services since the day I bought the car 5 years ago.

On August 28 2021, I took my car for regular oil change, and requested to also check the left front small long light bulb below the headlight, and to replace it if needed. Two hours later, I was notified that my car was ready for pick-up. I immediatly walked over to the express oil change to make the payments. While I was making the payment, I asked the attendant if the small bulb was replaced or not. The response I got was "let me check with the technician who worked on my car. " Few minutes later, I was told that I would need to come back for another day. I wasn't pleased with that answer after.

I guess I will have to wait for my next oil change for that to be fixed. It seems easy to replace such a small bulb, but I felt the technician either forgot to replace it, or he was never told by the front people whom I checked in with.

Purchased a vehicle here recently and it was a mostly smooth experience with the salesperson; however, one of the add-on packages purchased, a car alarm system, was very disappointing. As soon as I was able to test it out the next day, I realized it was nothing like how it was described and functioned quite poorly. I immediately called the salesperson that day, who referred me to the finance department. The finance department then referred me to the finance manger who sold me the alarm system. I reached out to the finance manager several times about canceling/refunding this alarm system, but I'm not sure why the finance manager hasn't followed up as promised. Very disappointed no one has helped me out with this. Be mindful of any offered add-ons as they might not match how they're described.

Put a deposit down on a specific car coming in and by the time I could pick it up, they had sold it to someone else. They did a dealer trade to get me another car, but I specifically requested that they not do this. The trade came with some extras (which they gave to me for free), but it also had chips in the paint.

Photos of car reflected the TPM light on & another warning light (! Inside a triangle). During the extremely pushy test drive, I asked about it & was told we could figure it out when we got back because nobody had known about it.
The TPM light was off, so they surely knew about it.
After dodging the answer, he asked if I had questions and I brought it up again. He said he’d check (again). After another wait, the salesman came back and said it was “a problem, I just looked it up on YouTube, do you want to come back? ”
No sir, so sure I would not like that at all.
Aside from the “unknown issue”, this in great condition car had the actual interior of the back drivers seat door pulling off of the frame, the door gaskets were cracking, no spare tire, a broken cup holder, etc.
I let him know that the car was not as advertised and I would not be interested.
Since then I’ve gotten half a dozen emails- they voluntarily signed me up for SIX NEWSLETTERS.

The customer service at Pacific Honda was amazing! From the starting conversation with the salesman, to the paperwork process with the finance associate. As a first time buyer, I was expecting to be pressured into choosing any car, but it was the complete opposite. I felt confident with my decision and extremely content with my new car. Pacific Honda is definitely the place to go!

I rarely leave a review unless I feel what I need to share is important, but I visited this service center recently, and it was the worst car service I have received. Not only did they misunderstand the entire reason I brought my car in (wasting nearly 4 hours of my time), but my service representative was disrespectful and failed to provide me any updates despite the nearly three-hour delay to my service. That’s not to mention that twice through the center they left trash in my car upon its return to me. I will never return here, and I implore you to do the same. Perhaps I am just unlucky, but if you value your time, take your money elsewhere. You’ll be grateful that you did.
