Pacific Point Apartments, San Diego CA

My complaint about this apartment is there is no assigned parking for each resident, it’s a first come first serve. If you come home after 8 pm you’ll end up parking your car on the street. This is the only apartment that you need a parking permit (25$ parking permit) to park on the street. I even suggested to the management to assigned at least one parking for each apartment, and yet no result. They even converted some parking into a disabled parking (now there is less parking for residents) and puts stripes as a walkway to several spot (who needs it anyway?). I have two cars that have permit and they want to tow one of my car, that’s ridiculous. I also had termites in my apartment, and when I reported it, the exterminator just told me to spray it with bleach or windex, and it will solve the problem. Now, I don’t see any sign of termites.
